Ally is a personal AI assistant platform that provides users with a dedicated AI agent accessible via web dashboard and Telegram. The service includes natural language chat, scheduled task automation, memory and context management, and AI model access powered by Anthropic Claude models.
Ally is operated by Ally ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ally. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at support@myally.app.
One account per person. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

Ally offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time via the Billing settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
Your use of Ally is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We process your data as described therein.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Ally. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Ally is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.
You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions. We accept no liability for actions taken based on AI output.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ally and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy. We will retain your data for 30 days after deletion to allow recovery, then permanently delete it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and via the in-app changelog at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
